1.       (5 min.) Welcome/ Intro

·         Introduced two new people to the table; Kristie Giaimo and Amelia Lightfoot.

2.   (10 min.)  Report on Coalition Framework Trainings - Dan

·            The training that Dan Stinson attended the week of January 11^th was the first of three weeks of training and gave more in-depth information on building a community assessment and a strategic framework to effect population level change.

·             

3.  (5 min.) Grant:  DFC

·         Dan will forward the outline for this grant to the town board to discuss with the town grant writers to see if we quality.

4.  (5 min.) Parent and Student programs:   

·            Opportunities for future presentations – March 2,  8:30 – 9:15 @ Middle School

5.  (10 min.) Updates / Follow-ups:

·            April – joint PTA meeting, possibly have a representative from One Island, One Team make a presentation to the parents. – There will be five meetings and five minutes to present at each.

·            Video production – No work has been done on the video this year.  It is still in process.

·            Summit March 11^th – The high school and middle school are planning to participate.

·            Alcohol Edu – Jerry Parisi will look into it.

6.  (5 min.) Tip Line:

·            Promotion: - It was suggested we promote the tip line on the back of Tops receipts, on the sign in front of the car wash, St. Stephens, and Island Lanes.  It was also suggested that we ask the Dispatch if they will put the tip line on the front page, right below the picture of the bridge.

·            Dan to send tip line flyer to Earle king to forward to churches.

·            Activity – No activity.

7.  (5 min.) Project Sticker Shock Dates: Proposed April 15^th and May 20.  Bruce Benson and Jerry Parisi are

     going to work out between the two dates. 

8.  (5 min.) PR Subcommittee report:

·         Banners are now paid for.

·         A Bachelorette is being planned.

11.  (10 min.) Implementation of new action steps

·         Jackie to send info sheets to Reg Schopp and work with him on cleaning them up and putting them in a format that would be readable to all and more web friendly.

·         Jack to also place info sheets on town web site.
