Veterans Park was the scene for the first Grand Island Kan- Jam Tournament held by the Grand Island Parks & Recreation  Department on Sunday, July 12th. A beautiful sunny sky with brisk winds made competition a bit challenging for the competitors who entered. Participants included Glenn Skelly, Korey Bennett, Brennan Carey, Seth Carey, Nick Gioeli, Danny Ray,  Zeke Schuerholtz,  Luke Lindner, Brock Tetreault,  Kurtis Johnson, Robert Vanthoff, Andrew Gugino, Elijah Geis, Colin Carey and Brendan Mergel.
