July 4th Fireworks
A motion
was made by Councilman Robillard, seconded by Councilwoman Cooke to authorize
the Supervisor to sign a contract with Skylighters of WNY for the 4th
of July fireworks. The contract has
been reviewed by the Town Attorney and the required certificate of insurance
has been received.

was made by Councilman Crawford, seconded by Councilwoman Cooke to authorize
the Code Enforcement Officer to issue a permit for the public display of the 4th
of July fireworks at Martins Fantasy Island, 2400 Grand Island Blvd. with a
rain date of July 5th 2005.

Paperwork 2005 Summer Youth Program
A motion
was made by Councilwoman Cooke, seconded by Councilman Robillard to authorize
the Supervisor to sign the paperwork with the Workforce Corp. of Buffalo &
Erie County for the Summer Youth Program.
