NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing regarding Local Law Intro #2 of 2010 will be
held by the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island, Erie County, New York on
Monday, the 1st day of March 2010 at 8:00 PM to consider an
application by Branches of Niagara Campground & Resort, 2659 Whitehaven
Road, Grand Island, New York 14072, for a change to the zoning classification
for a portion of the property at: 2659 Whitehaven Road, Grand Island, New York
14072 from CR to R1-A for a Residential Home
WHICH
PREMISES ARE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Grand
Island, County of Erie and State of New York, being part of Lot 65, bounded and
described as follows;
Beginning at a point in the southwesterly corner of Lot 65, said point
also being in the centerline of Whitehaven Road (66’ wide); Thence northerly
along the westerly line of Lot 65 a distance of 793.00 feet to a point; Thence
easterly along a line parallel with the centerline of Whitehaven Road a distance
of 172.33 feet; Thence southerly along a line parallel with the westerly line of
Lot 65 a distance of 793.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Whitehaven
Road; Thence westerly along the centerline of Whitehaven Road a distance of
172.33 feet to the point or place of beginning, containing 3.007 acres more or
less, not including those lands within the public right-of-way.
