NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the

Town Board of the Town of Grand Island, Erie County, New York, on

Monday, the 16th day of August 2010 at  8:00 P.M. in the Town Hall,

2255 Baseline Road, to consider an application by:

Which premises are bounded and described as follows:

 

            ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Grand Island, County of Erie, State of New York being part of Lot 55 bounded and described as follows:

 

BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the southerly boundary line of Whitehaven Road with the westerly line of Whitehaven Meadows Subdivision as shown on a map filed in the Erie County Clerk’s Office under Map Cover 2638;

 

THENCE: N-89°-14’-49-E, along the southerly boundary line of Whitehaven Road, a distance of 338.74 feet to an easterly line of said subdivision being the westerly line of lands conveyed to Daniel A. and Lisa M. Beans Pappa by deed recorded in Liber 11095 of Deeds at Page 2422;

 

THENCE: S-00°-55’-26-E, along said westerly line of Pappa lands, a distance of 123.00 feet to the southwesterly corner thereof;

 

THENCE: N-89°-14’-49-E, along the southerly line of said Pappa lands, a distance of 70.00 feet to the southeasterly corner thereof being on the easterly line of said Whitehaven Meadows Subdivision;

 

THENCE: S-00°-55’-26-E, along the easterly line of said subdivision, a distance of 2489.71 feet to the southeasterly corner thereof;

 

THENCE: S-89°-18’-38-W, along the southerly line of said subdivision, being the southerly line of lot 55, a distance of 397.20 feet to the southeasterly corner of said subdivision;

 

THENCE: N-01°-07’-06-W, along a westerly line of said subdivision, a distance of 571.70 feet to a point;

 

THENCE: N-01°-12’-44-W, along a westerly line of said subdivision, a distance of 1627.63 feet to a point;

 

THENCE: N-01°-07’-06-W, along a westerly line of said subdivision, a distance of 413.00 feet to the POINT OF PLACE OR BEGINNING containing 23.965 acres be the same more or less.
