LOCAL LAW INTRO NO 6 OF 2010
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island shall hold a public hearing at 8:00 PM on July 6, 2010 at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York, 14072, for the purposes of considering and possibly adopting a local law amending the Town of Grand Island Zoning Code to add drive through businesses as permitted accessory uses in the TC-MS, TC-MU, and TC-OR Subdistricts. Copies of the Local Law are available at the Office of the Town Clerk at the above address. At the time and place above, all members of the public shall be heard.
