NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids are requested on a contract or contracts for diesel fuel and gasoline to be purchased by the Town of Grand Island , Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road , Grand Island , New York 14072 .

Bidding documents may be obtained from the Clerk’s office, Town of Grand Island , Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road , Grand Island , New York 14072 .  The form of proposal and an envelope in which to enclose a Bid is attached hereto.  Sealed Bids are to be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Grand Island , at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road , Grand Island , New York 14072 , not later than 10 o’clock a.m. local time, March 10, 2010, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

This Town reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to waive any informalities in Bids.
