Notice of Public Hearing

Local Law Intro #1 of 2008

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Grand Island Town Board will hold a public hearing at 8 p.m. on January 22, 2008, at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York, to consider and possibly adopt revisions to Chapter 5, Architectural Review Advisory Board (“ARB”), of the Town Code of the Town of Grand Island, intended to streamline ARB processes.  The local law would modify section 5-2 to reduce the number of members of the ARB and section 5-3 regarding referrals to and the factors considered by the ARB.  At that time, all interested members of the public shall be heard.  Full copies of the proposed Local Law are available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York.
