NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 15^th day of September 2008, the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island adopted a resolution, subject to permissive referendum and the approval of the attorneys for the Town, to authorize the Supervisor to sign a lease for places to hold official voter registrations and the conduct of elections in accordance with provisions of the New York State Election Law, for the upcoming primary and general elections to be held on September 9, 2008 and November 4, 2008, at the following locations:  Nike Base, Grand Island Memorial Library, Town of Grand Island Highway Garage and Grand Island Town Hall, Grand Island, New York.  The tenant agrees to pay the Town $800.00 rental for each day of use.
