NOTICE
IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town
of Grand Island, Erie County, New York,
On Tuesday,
September 2, 2008 at 8:00 p.m.
In the Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island,
New York to consider an application by the residents of Jen Court for permission
to close Jen Court, between #41 and #58 into the cul-de-sac area, to all traffic
except emergency vehicles so that a block party may be held on
The
block party is planned for the hours from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Please
be advised that this Public Hearing will be conducted pursuant to the
requirements of Section 64-10 (B) of the New York State Town Law.
All
interested persons may attend at said time and place and be heard thereon.
