NOTICE
IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town
of Grand Island, Erie County, New York,
On Monday,
June 16, 2008 at 8:00 p.m.
In the Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island,
New York to consider an application by the residents of Wallace Drive for
permission to close Wallace Drive, between Huth Road and South Park, to traffic
except emergency vehicles so that a block party may be held on
The
block party is planned for the hours from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please
be advised that this Public Hearing will be conducted pursuant to the
requirements of Section 64-10 (B) of the New York State Town Law.
All
interested persons may attend at said time and place and be heard thereon.
