NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the

Town Board of the Town of Grand Island, Erie County, New York, on

Monday, the 3rd day of November 2008 at  8:00 P.M. in the Town Hall,

2255 Baseline Road, to consider an application by:

PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL

of

Farugia Subdivision, Phase 1, 4 Lots

Alt & Love Roads, Grand Island, NY 14072

                                                                                               

Which premises are bounded and described as follows:

 

            All that tract of parcel of land situate in the Town of Grand Island, County of Erie and State of New York, being a part of Lot 21 on said Island, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

 

Beginning at a point in the center line of Alt Boulevard at its intersection with the south line of Lot 21, running thence northerly along the center line of Alt Boulevard, 300.00 feet measured to the true point of place of beginning;

Running thence easterly at right angles, 1087.0 feet measured to a point;

Running thence northerly at right angles, 636.96 feet measured to a point;

Running thence westerly at right angles, 1087.0 feet measured to a point in the center line of Alt Boulevard;

Running thence southerly along the center line of Alt Boulevard, 636.96 feet measured to the point or place of beginning.

 

            Subject to the rights of the public in and to the portion of the above described premises which are a part of Alt Boulevard.
