Notice
is hereby given that the Town of Grand Island Town Board will hold a public
hearing at 8 p.m. on August 6, 2007 at the Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand
Island, New York to consider and possibly adopt revisions to the Section 5-3 of
the Town Code of the Town of Grand Island regarding matters to be considered by
the Architectural Review Board. The
proposed change would limit the permits referred to the Architectural Review
Board and the distance between structures to be considered when
accessing questions of excessive similarity or dissimilarity. At said time all
interested members of the public shall be heard. Full copies of the proposed
Local Law are available for inspection starting in the office of the Town Clerk,
Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island New York.
