Local Law Intro No. 5 of 2007

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board, Town of Grand Island, Erie County, New York on Monday, July 16, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York 14072 for the purpose of considering and possibly adopting a local law eliminating the stop sign located at Havenwood Lane, north of Settlers Row.  Specifically, the proposed local law would revise Section 46A-1 (A) of the Town Code by deleting the stop sign located at Havenwood Lane (north of) Settlers Row from the list of stop signs contained therein.  At such time and place all interested persons will be heard.
