NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board, Town of Grand Island, Erie County, New York on Monday, December 17th, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York 14072, for the purpose of considering and possible adopting a resolution of the Town to set sewer rents in the Consolidated Sanitary Sewer District of the Town of Grand Island for 2008 at $4.70 per 1000 gallons of water usage.
At the time and place above, all members of the public shall be heard.
