DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT
FOR COUNTRY CLUB COTTAGES SUBDIVISION
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island shall hold a public hearing at 8:00 PM on October 1, 2007 at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York, 14072, for the purposes of receiving comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Country Club Cottages, 67 Unit Residential Cluster Subdivision on 28.5 acres bordered by Fix, Fairway, and Baseline Roads in the Town of Grand Island. Written comments will be received at the above address until 5 p.m. October 11, 2007. Copies of the DEIS are available at the Office of the Town Clerk at the above address, or can be viewed on the Town web site at http://www.grand-island.ny.us/. At the time and place above, all members of the public shall be heard.
