REZONING A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY OF

EMPIRE DISMANTLEMENT CORP. AT 131 INDUSTRIAL DRIVE

GRAND ISLAND, NEW YORK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island will hold a public hearing at 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 16, 2007, in Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York to consider and possibly adopt a Local Law rezoning from M-1 to M-2 property owned by Empire Dismantlement Corp. at 131 Industrial Drive, Grand Island, New York, more specifically described as follows:

ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Grand Island, County of Erie and State of New York, being part of Lot No. 90 and according to a map filed in the Erie County Clerk’s office under Cover No. 2366 is known as Parcel Number Six (6) in Block “B”.

At the time and place stated above, all interested members of the public shall be heard.
