NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the

Town Board of the Town of Grand Island, Erie County, New York, on

Monday, the 7th day of May, 2007 at 8:00 P.M. in the Town Hall,

2255 Baseline Road, to consider an application by:

for

FINAL PLAT APPROVAL

of

Island Landings Subdivision (#103), Phase I - (4 lots)

Ferry, Baseline, & Bush Roads

Grand Island, New York  14072

                                                                                                                       

Which premises are bounded and described as follows:

All that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Grand Island, County of Erie

 and State of New York being part of Lot 6 further bounded and described as follows;

                Beginning at a point of intersection between the Easterly right of way of Baseline

 Road as now laid out and the Northerly right of way of Ferry Road as now laid out;

                THENCE N 50°-11’-17” E a distance of 618.64 feet to a point

                THENCE N 88°- 07’-09” E a distance of 653.19 feet to a point in the Westerly

right of way of Grand Island Parkway also known as Beaver Parkway being 250’ wide;

                THENCE S 01°- 01’-19” E along the said Westerly right of way of Grand Island

Parkway a distance of 392.76 feet to a point on the said northerly right of way of Ferry Road;

                THENCE S 88°- 44’-48” W along said Northerly right of way of Ferry Road a

distance of 1135.32 feet to the point or place of beginning containing 7.96 acres of land,

more or less.

TOGETHER with;

                All that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Grand Island, County of Erie

 and State of New York being part of Lot 6 further bounded and described as follows;

                Beginning at a point of intersection between the Easterly right of way of Baseline

 Road as now laid out and the Southerly right of way of Bush Road being (66’ wide);

                THENCE N 88°-05’-05” E along said Southerly right of way of Bush Road a

distance of 749.00 feet to a point of intersection with the Westerly right of way of Grand Island Parkway also known as Beaver Parkway as now laid out;

                THENCE S 46°-48’-44” E along the said Westerly right of way of Grand Island Parkway a distance of  564.04 feet to a point;

                THENCE S 88°-21’-54” W a distance of 661.55 feet to a point;

                THENCE N 52°-41’-41” W a distance of 626.78 feet to the point or place of beginning containing 6.43 acres of land, more or less.
