Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island shall hold a public hearing at 8:00 PM on June 4, 2007 at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York, 14072, for the purposes of considering and possibly adopting a local law amending the Town Zoning Code by deleting performance standards for the Town Center (TC)(§49-68) and Hamlet Business Zones (B-2)(§49-81), and establishing a method for adopting new performance standards. At the same time the Board will hear comments on the proposed new performance standards for the Town. Copies of the proposed law and the new design and performance standards are available at the Office of the Town Clerk at the above address. At the time and place above, all members of the public shall be heard.
