BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Lot No. 12, said northeast
corner being the point of intersection of the center line of Baseline Road with
the center line of Fix Road; running thence westerly along the center line of
Fix Road 1474.77 feet to a point; running thence southerly at an interior angle
of 90° 04’ a distance of 1477.08 feet to the
southerly line of said Lot No. 12; running thence easterly along the southerly
line of said Lot No. 12 a distance of 1474.77 feet to a point in the center line

EXCEPTING THEREFROM, Subdivision Lot Numbers 1-22 inclusive under Map Cover No.
