NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

REGARDING INSTALLATION

OF "STOP SIGNS"

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island will hold a public hearing at 8:00 p.m. on August 21, 2006, at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York, to consider and possibly adopt a local law modifying Section 46A-1 of the Town Code of the Town of Grand Island regarding placement of “stop signs” in the Town of Grand Island. The proposed stop signs would be installed at the west end of Luther Lane at Pin Oak Circle and at the southeast corner of Countryside at Oakridge. A copy of the proposed local law is on file and available with the clerk’s office at Town Hall. At said time and place, all interested members of the public shall be heard.
