NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

CONSERVATION EASEMENT FOR

FUCCILLO CHEVROLET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island will hold a public hearing at 8:00 p.m., on August 7, 2006, in Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York to consider and possibly accept a Conservation Easement from by WBF Properties II, LLC, in connection with Fuccillo Chevrolet’s proposed construction of a car dealership on an 11.77 acre parcel on Alvin Road, in Grand Island, New York. Copies of the proposed easement can be reviewed at Town Hall in the office of the Town Engineer. This project is a Type I action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, and the Town’s Notice of Determination of Environmental Significance is also on file at Town Hall. At the time and place stated above, all interested members of the public shall be heard.
