SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF TOWN PROPERTY

LOCATED DIRECTLY TO THE NORTH OF THE PROPERTY OF DOUGLAS A. AND LYNN A. GALENZA, 2411 LOVE ROAD, GRAND ISLAND, NEW YORK

Notice is hereby given that at meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island held on October 19, 2006, a resolution was adopted pursuant to New York Town Law §64(2) approving the sale of a 100 foot by 350 foot portion of the Town’s property located directly to the north of the property owned by Douglas A. and Lynn A. Galenza, 2411 Love Road, Grand Island, New York, as shown on a survey map prepared by Lawrence J. Zygaj for a purchase price of $2,000.00. The land is excess property unneeded by the Town and the price reflects the fair market value for the property.

Such resolution is subject to permissive referendum pursuant to New York law.
