Supervisor McMahon noted that it is the intention of the Town Board to
remove a section of the law regarding commercial vehicles from the proposed
local law before moving forward. He
welcomed the public to address the Town Board with their concerns regarding
that section.

CSEA Memorandum of Agreement

Supervisor to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with CSEA to include two titles,
Assistant Municipal Engineer and Assistant to the Assessor, and to exclude one
title, Payroll Clerk, in the collective bargaining unit.

State Parkway
A motion
was made by Councilman Crawford, seconded by Councilman Roesch to authorize the
Supervisor to send a letter to officials at NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and
Historical Preservation and the NYSDOT, to express the Town of Grand Islands
support of an expedited review and approval for lifting the commercial vehicle
restrictions on the South State Parkway.
