lands conveyed under Liber 3486 of Deeds at Page 287; also being on the northerly extension of the westerly line as
shown on a map filed in the Erie County Clerk's Office under Map Cover No.
2269; thence southerly, along the easterly line of lands conveyed under Liber
3486 of Deeds at Page 287, parallel with the west line of Lot No. 108 and along
the northerly extension of the westerly line of Map Cover No. 2269 and the west
line of Map Cover No. 2269, along a line forming an interior angle of 89°4340
with the last mentioned course, a distance of 1915.35 feet to a point on the
northerly line as shown on a map filed in the Erie County Clerk's Office under
