NOTICE
IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the
Town of Grand Island, Erie County, New York,
On Monday,
August 21, 2006 at 8:00 p.m.
In the Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York to consider an application by the residents of Havenwood Lane and Settlers Row for permission to close a portion of Settlers Row between #50 and #64 to all traffic except emergency vehicles so that a block party may be held on
The block party is planned for the hours from 2:00
p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The rain date is set for Sunday, September 10, 2006.
Please be advised that this Public Hearing will be
conducted pursuant to the requirements of Section 64-10 (B) of the New York
State Town Law.
All interested persons may attend at said time and
place and be heard thereon.
