NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town
of Grand Island, Erie County, New York on
Monday, the

WHICH PREMISES ARE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Grand Island,
County of Erie
and the State of New York and also being part of Lot 78
of the Holland
Land Survey so called bounded and described as follows
BEGINNING at a point on the West line of
Sturbridge Lane (said Sturbridge Lane

corner thereof.

line of lands conveyed to the Town of Grand Island aforesaid a deed and
