This council is charged with helping Grand Island prepare for and respond to emergencies by bringing together local leaders, citizen volunteers, and a network of first responders, including fire, police, and emergency medical personnel. Their goal is to have all Grand Islanders participate in making our town safer, stronger, and better prepared.
