At the request of the town building inspector, this board
reviews applications for: building permits for excessive uniformity,
dissimilarity, inappropriateness, or poor quality of design, to determine
the appropriateness of the proposed structure’s exterior in conjunction
with the location for which it is planned. Five members serve five-year
terms.
