NEW BUSINESS:

 

 

 

1)    3985 East River Rd. – Richard Angstadt

An 8’ height variance has been requested for the construction of a 12’ x 16’ storage shed on the waterfront.

 

2)    1220 East River Rd. – Brian Belmont

A 50’ front yard setback variance has been requested for the construction of stairs and a dock on the waterfront.

 

3)    1660 East River Rd. – Peter Montana

A variance has been requested to add 1 additional garage space for the construction of a pole barn in the rear yard. Also a ?’ height variance and a 35.5 front yard setback variance has been requested for construction of a shed on the waterfront.

 

4)    Whitehaven Meadows – David A. Brody for Jeanette Levin and Sarah Cohen

A use variance has been requested to allow detached single family housing on property zoned TCMR (Medium Density Residential).

 

 

 

OLD BUSINESS:

 

 

 

1) 2770 Long Road – Verizon Wireless

A variance from the Zoning Ordinance was requested for the construction of a telecommunication facility.  POSTPONED VIA VERIZON WIRELESS REQUEST.

 

 

 

 

 

2) SBL# 36.01-1-59.1 – John Yensan

An 80’ area variance was requested to create a lot with less than the required frontage. Tabled until next meeting.

 

3) 139 Autumnwood Drive – Kenneth W. and Susan Carter

A 4’ height variance and a variance for 3 additional garage spaces was requested for the construction of a garage/pool house. Tabled pending recommendation from the Architectural Review Board.

 

4) 997 East River Road – Donald R. Turner

An area variance was requested to remove a condition/limitation on a previously granted variance for the use of an existing deck to entertain patrons. Tabled for Review.

 

4) 2499 First St. – David stoklosa

A 5’ height variance was requested for the construction of a new garage on the footprint of the old garage. Tabled until next meeting.
