NEW BUSINESS:

1)    SBL # 24.10-1-6.2 – Verizon Wireless

A Use variance has been requested for the construction of a telecommunication tower on Town owned property at    SBL 24.10-1-6.2. The property is zoned OS which does not expressly permit telecommunication towers.

2)    2046 East River Rd. – Karl Nesensohn

A 4’ height variance has been requested for the construction of a pergola on the waterfront portion of the property.

3)    3089 East River Rd. – Whitehaven Cemetary Assn.

A 22’ front yard setback variance has been requested for the construction of a columbarium.

4)    2655 Fix Rd. – Mary Beth & Jeffrey Smith

A 7’ height variance has been requested for a 60’ x 90’ addition to an existing barn.

5)    3030 Stont Point Rd. – Patricia Burg

A 60’ area variance has been requested for a barn grazing area for horses.

6)    79 Elsie Lane – Timothy Hanlon

A 3’ side yard setback variance has been requested to demolish a detached garage and construct an attached garage.

7)    4388 East River Rd. – Michael Linenfelser

A 7’ height variance has been requested for the construction of a cover over a picnic area on the waterfront portion of the property.

8)    3294 Sandy Beach Rd. – Gary Lazik

A 1’5” front yard setback variance has been requested for the construction of a house.

OLD BUSINESS:

1) West River Road – Nixon Peabody LLP

A variance from the Zoning Ordinance was requested for the construction of a telecommunication tower on Russell & Patricia Colosi’s property on West River Road.  Item remains tabled pending receipt of the SEQR report from the Town Board.

2) 2770 Long Road – Verizon Wireless

A variance from the Zoning Ordinance was requested for the construction of a telecommunication facility.  POSTPONED VIA VERIZON WIRELESS REQUEST.

3) 2065 East River Road – Roger and Shirley Nye vs. Town of Grand Island
