NEW BUSINESS:

 

1)    5218 East River Rd. – David Farmer

A 7’-8” front yard setback variance has been requested to construct a covered patio on the front of a house with less than the required setback.

 

2)    5225 East River Rd. – Gary Lewis

A 5’-6” side yard setback variance has been requested for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a new house with a different footprint.

 

3)    3013 Staley Rd. – Bryant & Mary Pfalzer

An area variance has been requested to build a 30’x60’ horse barn in the back yard property.

 

 

 

 

OLD BUSINESS:

 

 

1) West River Road – Nixon Peabody LLP

A variance from the Zoning Ordinance was requested for the construction of a telecommunication tower on Russell & Patricia Colosi’s property on West River Road.  Item remains tabled pending receipt of the SEQR report from the Town Board.

 

2) 2770 Long Road – Verizon Wireless

A variance from the Zoning Ordinance was requested for the construction of a telecommunication facility.  POSTPONED VIA VERIZON WIRELESS REQUEST.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3) 2555 Grand Island Boulevard – Michael Jordan with Redtek Development LLC – Proposed is the construction of senior housing units with building walls greater than 160’ in length.  Per Mr. Jordan’s request, the item is tabled until further notice.

 

4) 2065 East River Road – Roger and Shirley Nye vs. Town of Grand Island
