different footprint.

An
area variance has been requested to build a 30x60 horse barn in the back

A variance
from the Zoning Ordinance was requested for the construction of a
telecommunication tower on Russell & Patricia Colosis property on West
River Road. Item remains tabled
pending receipt of the SEQR report from the Town Board.

A variance from the Zoning Ordinance was requested for the construction of
a telecommunication facility. POSTPONED
VIA VERIZON WIRELESS REQUEST.

Proposed is the construction of senior housing units with building walls
greater than 160 in length. Per
Mr. Jordans request, the item is tabled until further notice.
